Designing models of delivery that address the cause rather than the effect of social breakdown
Funding that isn't focused on effects of a issue for example guns and gangs prevention and intervention work is currently underfunded but significant funds are poured into keeping them in prison surely prevention strategies are better than cure !

Encourage better communication between public and third sector
To strive for a safe place, possibly in the format of regular workshops, where people from government and social enterprise can come together to discuss ways in which they could move forward together, as well as learn from each other the different barriers each side has to overcome
